Get your flashlight, it’s getting dark! This signature blend is our first, crafted from some incredible South American beans known for their dark, chocolatey flavors, paired with some Papua New Guinea to add the cedar and malt flavors. It’s very creamy and smooth with a gorgeously sweet aftertaste.
12oz of specialty coffee roasted fresh. Our Midnight Drift is a blend of our Brazil Fazenda da Lagoa and Tanzania Shinzidiwili Amcos offerings. We crafted this one especially for espresso to achieve a mild shot that’s creamy smooth, chocolately, and malty. The varietals included are Mundo Nuovo, Catuai, Catucai, Acaya, N39, and K423. They are grown both at 3,600 ft and 5,200 ft; Logoa is naturally processed, while the Tanzania is wet washed. The profile on these is lengthened a bit to reduce the acidity, about 11 minutes for a pretty dark, classic roast.
